Our policies respect privacy by design. Data is protected from the onset of any work done with our company. We know that you care how data about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. By collecting and retaining only the necessary data that we need to serve you; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data. We have regularly scheduled data protection check in to ensure we are always on top of knowing what is happening with your data while it is in our possession.Â
We only hold and process data that is necessary for the completion of data recovery or any additional duties the client wishes performed. We limit access to any PII or PHI to only those who need it to complete the designated work outlined in approved statements of work. Proven Data recognizes and follows data erasure.
